Individual Impact Coaching

Empowering the impact leader within you.

Do you find yourself bumping up against your purpose but haven’t yet fully grasped it? There’s a sense of “waking up” occurring within you. A transition is happening, and you crave to step into your agency to create a positive transformation in order to experience congruence, have a greater impact, and experience sustainable financial success. While you are successful, there is a sense of unrest, unsettledness, or misalignment. You are now seeking meaning and purpose across your life spectrum. We will walk beside you.

Through Individual Impact Coaching, we dive deep to explore what systems, programs, and mindsets that may keep you stuck. U&I coaches draw from expertise in biohacking, navigating change, and flow science to deliver honest value identification and alignment. We design experiments to initiate the change and growth you long for. You uncover blindspots, yet also your potential zones of genius that you’ve taken for granted. From here, we empower you to show up fully as you choose in all areas of your life for more fulfillment, joy, and success as you define it.

Complexity is Your Friend. Our world is changing at an ever-rapid pace, which affects us as individuals, organizations, and the overall world. People and organizations are overwhelmed by the information and change coming at us, leaving many stuck or ruminating. Analysis paralysis and burnout are running rampant. This workshop introduces a subtle reframing of change and complexity, combined with tools and resources to move through it effectively and with joy. CORE Leadership Circle is a growth community where Impact Leaders receive the whole-person support they crave to feel empowered to take action and succeed in all areas of their lives. By participating, you will understand effective inner and outer strategies for being, leading, and living. We teach you how to create more coherence in your life: strategically in business, but also spiritually, psychologically, and in relationships. With growth friends in your corner, you will create a whole life that works and is meaningful.
